Uptown Westerville Farmers' Market Fresh Green Program

Eligibility and Enrollment: You are eligible for the WARM Farmer's Market Fresh Green Program if you are a Warm Client.

1. Coupons are distributed on a first come, first-servied basiss, while funds are available.

2. Coupons can be redeemed only from fresh produce and herbs.

3. A list of fresh vegetables, fresh fruits and fresh herbs is available from WARM. No monetary change will be given when using coupons so select produce equal to the amount of the coupon.

4. Coupons must be used by October, 29, 2008.
